Experienced Kansas Whitetail Deer Hunting Guide Wanted

King Whitetails is currently seeking an experienced whitetail deer hunting guide for the upcoming Kansas deer hunting season.

This is an experienced-guide-only position. Previous professional deer guiding experience is required. We are looking for someone who understands the responsibilities that come with guiding clients and has the knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism necessary to represent King Whitetails.

As a Kansas whitetail outfitter, our goal is to provide clients with a safe, professional, and memorable guided Kansas deer hunting experience. Our guides are an important part of that experience and are expected to provide excellent customer service while helping hunters pursue quality Kansas whitetails.

Experienced Deer Guide Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous professional deer hunting guide experience — REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of Kansas whitetail deer hunting
• A clean driving record
• A reliable 4x4 truck capable of handling Kansas hunting properties and conditions
• A strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A trustworthy and professional demeanor
• The ability to work long days and adapt to changing hunting conditions
• Experience scouting, reading deer sign, understanding wind and weather conditions, and developing effective hunting strategies

Our guides must understand that guiding is about much more than simply sitting in a blind with a client. Guides may be responsible for scouting properties, preparing and checking blinds and stands, transporting hunters and equipment, communicating deer activity, assisting with game recovery, and helping ensure each client has a first-class hunting experience.
