The King Whitetails Lodge
Your home base between days in the Kansas field.
The King Whitetails lodge sits on five private acres along the Smoky Hill River and provides a comfortable base for hunters during their stay. With six bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large central kitchen and practical amenities for hunters, the lodge gives you a place to eat, relax, organize your gear and prepare for the next day.
Everything You Need Under One Roof
Six Bedrooms for Hunting Groups
The lodge has six bedrooms, with two to three beds in each room. This gives hunting groups plenty of sleeping space while keeping everyone based at the same property.

A Place to Relax After the Hunt
After a morning or evening in the field, hunters can unwind in the spacious living room, which includes a TV. The lodge also has a large central kitchen that serves as a practical gathering space during the stay.

Amenities for Hunters
The lodge has Wi-Fi and a laundry room for guests. Scent lockers are located in each room so hunters have a dedicated place to store hunting clothing and gear.

Close to the Hunting Properties
The hunting properties are generally 10 to 35 minutes from the lodge. Drive time depends on which property is being hunted, allowing guides to choose the ground that best fits the hunt rather than keeping every hunter on the same property.

Game Care
A walk-in cooler is available for hanging game, and freezer space is available although limited. Deer can be cut at the lodge, and guides can cape deer at the lodge.

Corporate Hunts and Exclusive Lodge Use
Corporate and private groups can book the entire lodge. A minimum of 8 hunters for deer and turkey hunts must be booked to receive the entire lodge.
Non-Hunting Guests
Non-hunting partners may stay at the lodge when room availability allows. Non-hunting guests are responsible for arranging their own daytime activities while the hunting party is in the field.

Getting to the Lodge
King Whitetails does not provide airport transportation. Hunters should plan to rent a vehicle or arrange their own transportation to the lodge.
